Todd heads the Milwaukee-based leader in sustainable water solutions that enhance health, safety and the environment. Our portfolio includes drinking water, water safety and control, hygienic and environmental and flow systems products for the spaces where people live, work, learn and play. He was appointed chief executive officer in 2009 and elected chair of the board in 2020. Todd joined the company in 2004 as vice president, treasurer and controller. As senior vice president & chief financial officer in 2007, he spearheaded the acquisition of Zurn Industries and the creation of the company’s Water Management Platform, which nearly doubled the size of the business and laid the groundwork for the company’s 2021 transformation into Zurn Water Solutions, a pure-play water business. Todd serves as a member of the board of directors of Badger Meter, Inc., is an emeritus member and past chair of Marquette University’s board of trustees and serves on the boards of Children’s Wisconsin and Hunger Task Force.
Download NowDave is responsible for all of the company’s operations, supply chain management and information technology, focusing on operational excellence and executing the company’s strategic plan initiatives. He has held this role since 2026. Dave joined the company in 2012 as assistant corporate controller shortly after the company’s IPO, later adding responsibility for financial planning and analysis (FP&A). After a stint as vice president - finance for the company’s Aerospace division, he returned to the corporate team as vice president and corporate controller. In 2021, he added investor relations to his responsibilities, managing these vital relationships during the transition to Zurn Water Solutions in the fall of that year and the subsequent combination with Elkay Manufacturing. He was promoted to chief financial officer in 2024, with oversight of all financial operations, including financial planning and analysis, treasury, reporting, tax, internal audit and investor relations. He also played a vital role in guiding Zurn Elkay’s ESG strategy. He earned his BBA and MA in accounting from the University of Wisconsin - Whitewater.
Download NowMark is responsible for human resources, enterprise risk, real estate and facilities management, and environmental health and safety. He has held this role since 2024. Mark joined the company in 2006 as chief financial officer of the Flat Top division, before moving into the corporate vice president & controller role. In 2011, he was promoted to senior vice president and chief financial officer, through which he guided the 2021 sale of the Process & Motion Control business and the 2022 combination with Elkay Manufacturing. Mark earned his BBA from the University of Wisconsin - Madison and is a certified public accountant.

He has held this role since 2026. Dan joined the company in 2005 as finance director - FP&A and was promoted to assistant controller and treasurer two years later. He was promoted to vice president and controller in 2011, vice president – finance in 2017. Dan played a significant role in the 2012 IPO conversion, the company’s 2021 transformation into Zurn Water Solutions, a pure-play water business, and the 2022 combination with Elkay Manufacturing. He earned his BBA in accounting from the University of Wisconsin - Whitewater, is a certified public accountant and holds a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification.

He is also responsible for the company’s governance, securities and ethics & compliance programs, and he manages all legal risks and exposures across the company. Jeff joined the company in 2013 as assistant general counsel and became general counsel in 2021. Jeff currently serves on the board of directors of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Metro Milwaukee. He earned his BS in criminology and law studies from Marquette University and his JD from the University of Wisconsin Law School.

Jeff joined the company in 2010 as corporate director of the Rexnord Business System, later adding product management, marketing and commercial responsibilities, including roles as vice president & general manager of the Global Couplings and then Conveying segments. When the company sold its Process & Motion Control business to Regal Beloit, Jeff and his role as vice president & general manager moved to the new Regal Rexnord Corporation. He rejoined the company as president shortly after the 2022 combination with Elkay Manufacturing. He earned his BS and MS in manufacturing engineering technology from Western Illinois University.

He has held this role since 2021. Mike joined the company in 2007, implementing industry-leading IT solutions, modernizing business processes and leading customer experience functions and initiatives. Moreover, Mike led the company’s overall digital transformation, including demand generation and omnichannel IIoT-connected products, and numerous technology pilots designed to enhance, optimize, automate and secure business processes. Mike was awarded the 2025 Wisconsin ORBIE Award for exceptional leadership and innovation in corporate IT. He earned his BS in computer & information science from the University of Delaware and his MS in management from Purdue University’s Daniels School of Business.

Sudhanshu joined the company in 2014 as president & regional executive for India and Middle East, and he also held the role of president of the Consumer and Process & Motion Control sectors. In 2018, he was promoted to vice president of the Zurn Elkay Business System (ZEBS), the system that connects its processes, purpose and values to give associates tools for continuous improvement. Sudhanshu earned his BTech in mechanical engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology and holds an MS in mechanical engineering from the Ohio State University and an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.

Craig joined the company in 1993 as sales manager of the southeast region, steadily taking on roles of increasing responsibility in the sales, marketing and business development functions, from national sales manager of the Sanitary-Dash Mfg. sector and vice president of sales & marketing for the Commercial Brass sector. He moved into the Zurn Industries sector in 2006 to lead business development, then was named vice president & general manager of Zurn’s specification drain business. For nearly 10 years, Craig served as president of Zurn Industries and Zurn Water Solutions, until stepping into the COO role following the 2022 combination with Elkay Manufacturing. He holds a BS in business administration from Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania.
